Following close discussions with 1st MX, we helped create Magento website designs including by product brand, type and promotional user journeys. This was to draw attention to motocross product lines with higher margins.
We worked with 1st MX to build features that would boost their site’s sales’ conversions. This includes site heatmaps to measure customer clicks and page location views during their visit. Another part of this are customer surveys to provide user feedback and insights to improve the customer journey.
