B2C Shopify Plus replatform with complex product creations and integrations with Retail Systems, ShipperHQ, Doofinder and Klaviyo.

We delivered our Envision Workshop to help Bed Factory Direct understand their platform options for their extensive and customisable catalogue. Our workshop provided them with a proof of concept of most complex product configurations. This helped Bed Factory Direct reach the conclusion that Shopify Plus was a viable platform for them to use.

We built a complex product configurator to help match separate but related items with key products. This enables customers to select their preferred bed size and style, alongside matching mattresses and complementary headboards in one purchase, streamlining the customer journey. We overcame variant limits in Shopify and entirely avoided the need for apps, reducing Total Cost of Ownership for the client.

Customers can select their preferred fabric and colours for beds. These sample request feed into Klaviyo to flow automation, then via the API into Retail Systems. This means orders aren’t created in Shopify (which would pollute all sales metrics).

We helped integrate Bed Factory’s new Shopify Plus site with Retail Systems to send order information, sync stock, prices, lead times and more. This gives customers a streamlined experience, as well as Bed Factory a unified operation.

We partnered with market leading delivery provider, ShipperHQ, to provide customers with a choice of delivery dates on the checkout. We integrated this with Shopify Plus’s Enhanced Checkout, taking into account drop shipping suppliers, Bed Factory’s stock holding, out of stock lead times, postcodes and the businesses' own courier routes.

We partnered with Doofinder to deliver stronger product search results across a complex bed and bedroom furniture catalogue. Additions included suggested word completion, synonym results, recommendations and popular items. This enhanced search solution created a smoother user journey to increase conversion rates.
