Background

Healthcare equipment and furniture specialist, Bristol Maid, approached us to help improve the delivery of content on their B2B sites. To help present their catalogues and case studies, we migrated them to Magento’s Hyvä Theme. This included building a theme for their second website, Pharmacy Equipment Direct.

Usability Feedback and Improvements

We helped improve site usability by providing Bristol Maid through a number of techniques, including click maps and feedback surveys. These were then used to resolve usability issues and improve the presentation of the business’ extensive catalogue.

Hyvä Theme Development

Bristol Maid benefitted from Magento Development on a new theme on Magento Open Source. This Hyvä Theme enabled lightning-fast loading and responsive pages to increase their page speed scores and SEO. Not only this, but the theme enabled our team to develop faster, meaning quicker turnaround times to changes made to the site.

B2B Enquiry Form

We helped Bristol Maid develop opportunities to expand and optimise their enquiries. This included the creation of an enquiry form and a button on product pages. Customers can now click this, be taken straight to the form, and their sales enquiries fed directly to Bristol Maid.

Case Studies

We rolled out a cleaner and easier way to view Bristol Maid’s case studies. This involved revamping the way case studies were displayed to showcase how Bristol Maid worked with their clients. The end result is increased visibility of their work on their site and in newsletters.

Multisite Theme

In addition to their main website, we provided a separate theme for Bristol Maid’s second website, Pharmacy Equipment. This theme ensured healthcare equipment could be purchased and shipped globally using a streamlined Magento theme.
