We supported the evolution of purchase limits and a pharmacist order approval workflow in the backend of Magento. We also show medication price per unit calculations for price breakdowns. Customers can find their appropriate medication through our browser related categories and consultation process.

We’re integrating Chemist.net’s website with Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP to provide an automatic stock import with lead time stock message logic. This enables the import of a stock CSV file, reducing human error and saving time across multiple stock sources.

We migrated Chemist.net’s marketing system to Klaviyo to take advantage of its eCommerce automation. When integrated across their multiple sites, including vetpharmacy.co.uk, this enables automated pop-ups to display key marketing messages and encourage newsletter sign ups to grow customer retention.

We rolled out Fastly for this multi-site Magento set-up to provide strong protection against bots and scraping tools. Fastly also enables content to be served from their global infrastructure, allowing shorter content load times and a faster website for customers.
