Ifancyone

Migration of a total of 6 B2B and D2C sites from OpenCart to Shopify Plus.

Having outgrown their development partner and previous platform, Ifancyone approached us seeking platform knowledge for what would best suit their needs. We discussed their requirements and mapped them to appropriate platforms in our Envision Workshop. This led to a comparison between Shopify and Magento and us building a business case for each move, resulting in Ifancyone selecting Shopify Plus with us as their partner.

We helped Ifancyone with key website configurations, initially evaluating B2B Wholesale Club then deciding on Shopify Plus thanks to its new B2B features. These configurations included an order approval process, invoice creation, payment terms for customers, customer specific pricing, commission calculation and more.

We acted on behalf of Ifancyone to evaluate the best integration options available for their ERP. This included Oracle’s NetSuite, as well as Xero for their accounts.

Repeatable templates and guidance were provided to aid content migration. We employed redirection mapping to minimise disruption to the site for the migration and beyond. In addition, we enhanced the site experience using metafield creation and population.
