LoveCases were looking to move their Magento Open Source site to Shopify for faster operations to serve new markets. We worked with LoveCases to help showcase their bundling options and customisable phone cases to their customers in a vibrant way. This involved providing innovative Shopify development solutions to help manage their multi-store environment whilst continuing to run their Amazon store globally.
Customers can chose their own personal style of case, then receive a free download and phone loop to match, set up as a bundle. This ensured components had to be bought together, and appeared as one though the entire customer experience, despite being 3 separate SKUs for the ERP system.
We used our experience as an online retailer to identify conversion focused opportunities on the site, as well as strategic ways to use Klaviyo to grow their sales.
